Complete set including CAD/CAM/machine control software with 5-axis control card


The InterpCNC V2.2B also has a powerful PLCBasic language interpreter allowing the programming of embedded functions or the autonomous management of axis control/command applications.
The PLCBasic program is stored in Flash memory directly on the card and automatically executed when powered on.


The axis control interface in Step/Direction mode is compatible with the entire range of motors offered by the company SOPROLEC (step-by-step motorization, brushless motorization).

Two communication interfaces are available 

  • USB for fast communication in CNC applications,
  • RS485 MODBUS RTU for industrial applications or DMX512.

THC Amplifier-Isolator:

Interface module specially developed by SOPROLEC to measure the arc voltage of a plasma cutting generator.

This module brings together 3 functions for managing an automatic torch height control (THC) system:

  • Galvanic isolation between the voltage coming from the generator (via the generator's integrated voltage divider) and the digital control,
  • Filtering optimized to remove parasites,
  • Applying an offset to the measured voltage to improve arc voltage measurement accuracy.

Combined with an InterpCNC V2 or V3 axis card and the GALAAD software, you will have a fully automated system for cutting height regulation, which ensures optimal cutting quality.

The function of this amp is to reduce the arc voltage for the analog input of the digital control card to a range of 0 to 10V, and thus obtain the best possible resolution.
Without offset, the input voltage range of the amp is by default 0 to 10V,
but can be adjusted for you in the workshop on request, with an offset value depending on the voltage range generated by your generator.
