These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between SOPROLEC and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the SOPROLEC merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by SOPROLEC.
SOPROLEC reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods offered
The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the SOPROLEC website.
These products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors or size proportions.

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product, must:
- complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the details requested or give his customer number if he has one;
- complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
- validate his order after having checked it;
- make the payment under the conditions provided;
- confirm their order and payment.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.

Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return in its original package.

After receipt and verification of the conformity of the product, an exchange or refund will be made within 30 days of the date of withdrawal.

The price is payable when ordering.
Payments will be made by transfer from account to account, by paypal or by bank check to be sent to us within 5 working days maximum. Beyond this period SOPROLEC reserves the right to cancel the order.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave SOPROLEC's premises. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

All elements of the SOPROLEC site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of SOPROLEC.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound.
Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of SOPROLEC.

Under no circumstances will the data collected on the SOPROLEC site be transferred or sold to third parties. No e-mail address will be passed on to third parties.

SOPROLEC will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
SOPROLEC's computerized registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

These online sales conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Le Mans, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
