The FM860-LA-000 driver is a stepper motor driver equipped with a MODBUS protocol communication interface.
Compatible with 2-phase bipolar stepper motors and also with 3-phase motors.
Control can be done by RS485 bus, MODBUS protocol, by a Step/Direction command and also by an analog input +/-10V You have several operating modes:
- The multi-position mode which allows using a combination of inputs, to select different positions,
- The multi-speed mode which allows using a combination applied to the inputs, to select a rotation speed,
- Homing mode, which allows you to perform an origin cycle based on the detection of a limit switch.
