Industrial automation projects

This screwdriver is controlled by an InterpCNC V3 card. It uses brushless motorization, and constitutes one of the links in a complex machine which then carries out double labeling of the bottles.
The card also controls the supply of caps as well as the inlet and outlet conveyors.
An HMI allows adjustment of all parameters, including torque and screwdriving speed.
All programming was entrusted to SOPROLEC by our customer ADN, designer and manufacturer of the machine.

Packaging line

This packaging line was built and engineered by our customer Industrie des 3 Châteaux. It is based on a 6-axis InterpCNC V3 SOPROLEC card.

Filling and screwing of bottles

Based on 2 InterpCNC V2.2 cards, this machine has 7 axes and carries out the dosing/filling of the bottles, as well as the screwing of the caps, then their labeling.
An optical check of the height of the caps also makes it possible to exclude bottles which may contain a possible screwing anomaly. SOPROLEC ensured the development of the automation and HMI part for this integral packaging machine.

Vertical bagging machine

Based on the InterpCNC V2.2 card and a 7-inch HMI, SOPROLEC has developed the automation systems for numerous bagging machine variants for our manufacturing customer. The product is dosed, then arrives in the plastic film which is heat-sealed at several stages of the cycle. The sticks are then cut either individually or in strings.
